Mercy Connect participants in Orange were ready to twist, jive, and rock ’n’ roll the night away at an 80s themed Dance Night held last month. The evening was filled with energy, laughter, and plenty of dancing, as participants and staff came together to enjoy an inclusive night of music, connection and fun. Guests were encouraged to embrace the disco theme by wearing bright, colourful outfits that reflected their vibrant personalities and they certainly delivered!
More than just a social event, the Dance Night provided a wonderful opportunity to build confidence, strengthen friendships, and foster a sense of belonging within our community. Seeing participants support one another, share laughs and create lasting memories was a reminder of the positive impact these events have on wellbeing and connection. A great time was had by all and the night was an example of how coming together to celebrate individuality, inclusion and community can create memorable experiences.
