Josephine joined Mercy Ministry Companions in August 2026, bringing extensive experience in governance, secretariat, and executive support roles across government, legal, financial, and healthcare settings. She is drawn to MMC, where strong governance sits alongside genuine mission and purpose.
Her background also includes work as a registered civil celebrant where she has guided people through significant life moments with warmth and care.
Outside of work, she enjoys living on the coastal Mornington Peninsula with her two playful cavoodles
